We are looking for a passionate and experienced PMO to partner with the Head of SMB for North America. As PMO you will assist with efficiently and effectively supporting senior management with organization, scheduling, correspondence, and meetings. The role takes responsibility and ownership of team organization, culture and event logistics, project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and reporting. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is curious and creative, uses analytical rigor to identify and prioritize organizational pain points and opportunity areas, and has strong stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with a fast-paced, start-up mindset in a global team environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Work cross-functionally to facilitate effective communication between global teams
2. Partner with SMB Leadership on various ad-hoc projects
3. Complex calendar management and meeting prioritization
4. Daily administrative duties to improve organisation across the SMB org
5. Facilitating the coordination of weekly sales and KPI reports
6. Effective cross-functional communication with regular updates to the team on new business initiatives
7. Creating presentation templates for internal and external presentations
8. Identifying organizational painpoints and opportunity areas
9. Managing bi-monthly roadmaps, deliverables, task owners and timelines
10. Organizing and facilitating events and culture initiatives for the SMB team

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant Project Management experience
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong presentation development/facilitation skills
4. Possess ownership and strong execution; objective-focused and able to work independently and under pressure; self-driven and initiative-taking
5. Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box; curious about learning new things
6. Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
7. Experience interacting with or supporting executives
8. Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the start-up or media / advertising world is a plus
2. Experience managing projects across multiple markets and cultures
