Job Description : Our world class Regulatory Compliance and Market Access Practice has unparalleled experience in gaining access to established and emerging markets for technologies globally by providing regulatory analysis, obtaining national authorisations for services or equipment and then ensuring on-going regulatory compliance whilst providing predictive analysis about upcoming risks and opportunities for technologies in those markets.*_This role can be performed in either Abu Dhabi or London._**_What you can expect to be doing_*Manage key clients/accountsActively engage with both telecommunications regulators and clients in the process of obtaining licenses and permitsManage clients’ regulatory compliance and market accessHave line management responsibility (Interns)Engage in national, regional and international regulatory advocacyParticipate in cross company initiatives and groups, mainly on BD initiativesProject management of key accountsManage one to one relations with clientsShape national policymakers’ decision makingThought leadership to drive new business outcomes and growth of the businessWhat you will bringEssentialExperience in regulatory compliance and market accessStrong understanding of telecommunications and technology policiesDemonstrable influencing and negotiating skillsDemonstrable account management experienceExcellent leadership and inter-personal skillsAbility to formulate and present complex information in a clear and concise manner while recommending to clients the most effective way forwardProject management experience, record of delivering products on schedule, within budgetAbility to manage client relationships effectivelyExcellent written skills and ability to draft policy analysis, advocacy collaterals, white papers and articles.DesirableBackground in technology or ICTBroad understanding of regulatory frameworks, politics and tech trendsTrack record of successful sales and business development experienceFluency in a second language, Spanish, French and/or Arabic is an advantageTeam leadership/management experienceA professional qualification or a degree in law or telecommunications is an advantageAbout UsAccess Partnership is the world’s leading tech policy consultancy.
