Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities:
Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
Minimum 3-4 Years experience in Real Estate in Pre sales is mandatory
Should have basic knowledge of MAHARERA Rules and Regulations.
Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
Should be able to work with a Team.
Knowledge of ERP is a must
Preferably Female Candidate

Desired Candidate Profile:
Ability to explain the customers – based on product offers / benefits
Should be able to generate walk ins
Expertise in Promoting the products
Good at Customer follow-up
Should keep the record of Feedback – mails/phones (communication channel)
Experience in Brand promotion telecalling would be added advantage

Salary Range: Rs. 25000 – 30000 per month.
