Job Description : Real Salt Lake is looking for energetic individuals to provide excellent customer service and warm welcomes to our premium customers. This is a part-time position that is an excellent entry into a career in sports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Scans tickets, greeting guests, and seating our premium members and guests.
Create relationships with members and guests while displaying excellent customer service and being available for all customer needs.
Hosts postgame autograph sessions and parties which include attending to guest and player needs and assisting with photographs and autographs.
Other duties as assigned.

ATTENDANCE:

Applicants must be available for all Real Salt Lake matches and related events. Timely and regular attendance is an expectation of performance for all employees. To ensure adequate staffing, positive employee morale, and to meet expected productivity, employees will be held accountable for adhering to their schedules. If you are unable to make it to a scheduled event, you must notify your manager at least 24 hours in advance. Staff members that miss more than two games during the season without prior approval will receive a written warning. Real Salt Lake realizes that emergencies occur, so please make sure to communicate with your manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Detail-oriented
Minimum of 18 years old
Must have excellent time management skills
Communicate and effectively convey information verbally and written
Professional image and demeanor
Flexible schedule/available to work weekends and nights as necessary

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 5 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 10 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing etc.
