Job Description : Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Presentation Specialist is responsible for providing deck support to internal teams through creating engaging and memorable presentations in PowerPoint. The individual in this role is a creative, collaborative, deadline-driven communicator who understands NextRow’s brand messaging and can use their creative and technical skills to visualize business concepts and create compelling presentations that intrigue audiences and drive business. This role also requires the specialist to put together RFP, RFI responses in word, PDF formats.
Key responsibilities:
Understand business messaging with a focus on what the presentation needs to convey and its result

Develop and design presentations—primarily in PowerPoint— in line with NextRow value proposition and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides

Support internal teams in the planning, creation, design, and delivery of presentations

Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that advance key business objectives

Develop and maintain customized templates and graphics to uphold consistency between design and messaging

Prepare responses for RFP, RFI
Key Experience:
PowerPoint certified; understand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs
Possess strong technical skills including Excel, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Possess strong time management skills: proven ability to meet deadlines
Possess strong project management skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Are experienced working with Creative, Marketing, and Sales departments
Self-motivation and attention to detail are important
Ability to maintain consistency between brand messaging and style guidelines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a remote work environment
