Job Description : Finance and Accounting Process works on accounting processes from regions including America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Key responsibilities
1 Finance Training
New hire global training for all migrations, back fills & movements within businesses across APMT in GSC and SSCCapability Development training for APMT colleagues in GSC and SSCTNI(Training Need Identification)- Identify comprehensive training needs for BAU population based on tenure and levels ( up to Manager level)Identify, create and roll out process for disseminating process updates to end users on a periodic basis (BPS trend, stakeholder feedback & process inefficiencies identified)
Ensure updates are incorporated in training content accordingly
Ensure training coverage for identified population in APMT GSCEnsure version changes are maintained for training materials of all processes
2 Role

You will be part of the Finance and Accounting Learning & Development team, under the Transport and Logistics Organization.You will be responsible to equip employees with process/domain knowledge throughout their learning life-cycle.Plan and deliver high quality training to the APMT finance teams in GSCEnsure impactful training is provided to all new hires joining FNA with detailed report of trainee performances. A regular cycle for Refresher and BAU programs needs to be executed.You will be responsible for effective content designing and regular up-grading as well as delivery of trainings to guarantee functional competency enhancement across the APMT Finance organization in PNQGSCEnsure efficient and correct process handling is adopted and aligned to the global standard proceduresAs a frontline trainer, you will have to connect regularly with all stakeholders to keep them updated on trainee performance with detailed MIYou will have an opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives to ensure the optimal level of system knowledge is anchored in the organization
3 Development and Project Management
Design and deliver customized programs to support & facilitate global projects as neededEnsure you are TTT certified and upgraded on relevant certifications, if any
