Job Description
Complete ownership of the product roadmap that is both robust and effective to achieve the team’s
business goals

Set up and drive best practices in product development processes within the product team. Work closely
with technology leaders to ensure a highly productive environment.

Possesses a great deal of market awareness in terms of trends and new capabilities. Constantly evaluates
new tools and vendors to take effective buy vs build decisions.

Create high quality specification documents that are an integral part of releasing superlative
products/features.

Work closely with senior management to understand the Business plan in detail to unlock the full potential
of technologies across channels and at different stages of the customer’s life cycle (claims, renewals,

cross-sell/up-sell etc..)

Drive thought leadership in Design and UX
Conduct extensive user research through internal interventions and external vendors to constantly
evaluate product to market fit and product feature and UX specifications.

Implement and execute a strong data driven decision making culture in the team. Build and own insightful
dashboards that provide a holistic state-of-the-business view. Have an in-depth knowledge of analytics

tools across web/app usage, acquisition and transactional (database) analytics.

The Successful Applicant
8-14 Yrs experience in Internet/ E-Commerce organizations
Experience of managing other product managers with at least 2-3 Yrs of experience
Amalgamation of experience in product management, analytics, product marketing and technology with deep understanding of customer requirements
Experience in setting strategic direction, defining goals, KPIs and results
Proven ability of partnering with analytics, marketing and engineering teams
