Position : Product Manager Full-Time
Job Description : Responsibility Define the functional scope of a variety of projects across the website and mobile app that introduce new features and functionalities or improve existing features and functions Translate requirements and specifications of new features or enhancements into user stories and associated acceptance criteria Project manage all site improvements and ensure projects are proceeding according to schedule and meeting functional and design specifications Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to see projects through execution Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, discover optimization opportunities, hypothesize and launch A/B tests to optimize the shopping experience Responsible for executing the digital roadmap Own, groom and prioritize eCommerce development backlog Track progress on projects, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team Own and improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention metrics Lead the ideation, development, and launch of the site and mobile app enhancements Participate in grooming and sprint planning. Perform UAT and sign off on development projects go-live Track and report on the performance of shopping funnels and identify opportunities for improvement Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decision making Manage UX designer
Requirements Product Management experience in b2c technology or retail company Experience in retail/e-commerce (eg: at a consumer brand or consumer-facing startup) Extensive experience with A/B testing – Must have an innovative mindset and a desire to take the current optimization testing implementation to the next level of online testing Proficient in requirements definition, authoring epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria within the Agile/Scrum methodology Superior organization and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and communication lines Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Highly analytical in your approach to problems Strong business, data analysis, and interpretation skills Self-starter and able to solve medium to complex problems Experience with SQL, or Wireframing tools
