JOB DESCRIPTION
TikTok is looking to hire a Product Operations Lead to manage a team of Product Specialists who work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Partnerships, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure the products we release to our community will delight and maintain a high-quality bar.
We’re looking for a lead who has experience launching user-facing products to oversee and improve rollout processes, including communications, training, and testing. Your team will be responsible for project managing the launch and adoption of new product features and their future iterations across both creator and user experiences in Social, Engagement, Creator Tools, Discovery & Search, New User Journey, Security, and Privacy product areas. You will also be in charge of developing and driving initiatives to enable operations to scale globally. Your day-to-day will include interfacing with leaders across the organization, and leading your team of specialists to execute at a high level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mentor and advise a team of Product Specialists on developing and refining product rollout/iteration strategies
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to guarantee market readiness for launches, including communications, trainings, and support during rollout
Create and improve upon go-to-market processes within team/company to streamline operations and keep us operating at high efficiency
Implement scalable solutions to expand feature coverage across new global regions
Build and maintain healthy partnerships with our stakeholder teams in Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, PR, and Legal
Work with PM teams to define strategy and overall vision for your specific product areas
Work with Data teams to leverage user insights to inform product prioritization and roadmaps
3+ years of experience managing an operational team, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and lead in a fast-paced environment
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects + aligning/managing stakeholders across multiple levels
Experience developing product launch/adoption strategies
Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data and translate complex ideas into clear recommendations
