Title: Product Support Representative II

Your Position:
Duties
Manage “Report Only” DTAC cases for multiple product lines
Ensure quality case coding, recommendations within assigned time
Effective coordination with Factory MSS & communication of field issues as per the unit criteria
Support team for automation & process efficiency improvement
Provides guidance to less experienced team members by virtue of strong knowledge of products, systems and possesses”
Desired
Product Support/ Field / Engineering / PV&V experience
Experience to work with global teams in factory to coordinate & communicate field issues
Experience to work in teams with diverse backgrounds, cross-functional teams & good communication
Technical experience relating to diagnostics of mechanical/ electrical/hydraulic systems
Overall industry experience – 4 to 5 years
Good communication skill (English Language) both writing and speaking”
Required
Knowledge of Deere Products, specifically Tractors & Harvesters
Knowledge of DTAC (Dealer Technical Assistance Center) system / CCMS
Knowledge of Deere Customer Support processes, systems, tools
Ability to understand field issues & trouble shootings for complex mechanical & electrical systems
Ability to research problems using multiple networks of people and sources of information
Good communication skill (English Language) both writing and speaking
Education
4 years Engineering degree in any discipline or business management degree or equivalent
