Fabletics is currently looking for a Production Assistant.
How Do You Fit In?
Fabletics Inc. is seeking an energetic Production Assistant to join our in-house studio & production team . This role will assist with the planning, facilitation, and day-to-day operations relating to E-Cat photography shoots, TV Commercials, Campaign and Editorial shoots, and Acquisition Video projects . This position would be suited for those who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment and are comfortable working on multiple projects and tasks at once. We value employees who are highly accountable and who take initiative to foresee issues and problems before they occur, and who proactively seek out solutions.
This position will report to the Production Manager. What you can bring:

Based in LA
Candidate ideally has at least 1 year of experience in a Production Environment (TV Commercials, Photography, Digital Video Advertising, Photography/E-Cat, etc).
Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, and Outlook and have the ability to make custom spreadsheets with formulas.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidate must work well as a member of a hard-working team to meet tight deadlines.
Candidate must be able to project a calm disposition at all times, setting a positive example for the rest of the team
Candidate must be comfortable with discussing challenging topics with employees of all levels, including executives, to solve problems
Must maintain a valid drivers license
A strong desire to grow within production

What you will do:

Assist the with all aspects of video creation from Strategy and Creative, to Production and Post-Production.
Act as the go-to source for any administrative needs the team may have. This includes, but is not limited to: going on necessary runs, tidying the team’s office area, scheduling meetings, researching creative ideas, prop shopping, and helping with shoot setup and strike
Prep, distribute, and collect timecards, agreements, etc
On-Set Support: act as our go-to set PA for small and large-scale productions; work closely with on-set team (Producer, Production Coordinator, Art Director, etc) to ensure shoot days run smoothly, helping to ensure all production needs are met
Organize and maintain common areas including our in-house studio
Keep up to date digital production wrap books
Welcome crew, visitors, and talent and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
