Role description:
Production Specialists assist their senior colleagues in the manufacturing process. Their main responsibilities include completing and excelling at the human production aspects of manufacturing the KnowWhere Campus Safety System.
A Day in the Life:
Production Associate perform a variety tasks in service of their main goal of ensuring that manufactured products meet certain standards of quality.
Our technology is proprietary and patented, so we’ll teach you everything you need to know about producing our product. As long as you come prepared to learn and work hard, you will be successful.
Responsibilities:
Assembly and Production of the hardware element of the KnowWhere Campus Safety System
Maintain production equipment
Quality Control (we maintain a manufacturing fail rate of < 2% compared to the industry standard of 11%)
Represent our company professionally in appearance and demeanor
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Very good eye for detail
A motivated and goal-oriented personality with a self-starting attitude
The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem solver
Excellent communication skills
Base + Bonuses makes your total on-target earnings $40,000-$50,000/ year
