Stratia makes skincare that works. We’re growing fast and are looking to hire the third member of our manufacturing team.
While this position doesn’t require previous experience, it does require a very specific kind of person. You need to be absolutely meticulous, since every bottle of skincare will pass through your hands. You need to be a fast learner and able to work alone and autonomously without losing motivation. You need to be good with your hands and able to do physical work your entire shift. You need to be a perfectionist, but the type of perfectionist that can still move quickly, because we make an awful lot of skincare.
We offer full health benefits, 3 weeks paid vacation, and the trust and autonomy to do your job the way you see fit. We work 9 hours Monday-Thursday and half days on Friday. This is an in-person position, but we take COVID very seriously and take extreme precautions to ensure employee safety. Employees must be fully vaccinated.
Job Overview: This job covers all production processes from bottling through shipping. This is a physical position that will keep you on your feet; this is not a sit-at-a-computer kind of job. The Production Associate will be in charge of bottling finished product, cleaning all manufacturing equipment, prepping products for final sale, and shipping inventory. This is a full-time position with a salary of $46,000 per year. This position is available immediately.
Job Duties:

Bottling product and applying closures using semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
Cleaning all manufacturing equipment, including pressure washing large machinery.
Prepping product for final sale, which can include folding outer boxes, stamping each bottle with its lot number, packing finished product into shipping boxes, etc.
Stocking and organizing the warehouse, including receiving deliveries.
Shipping bulk inventory transfers, including navigating Shopify to order and print shipping labels.
Ensuring safe handling of materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

Extremely meticulous and methodical in your work.
Highly reliable and able to work autonomously without direct oversight.
Able to stand, walk, and do physically repetitive tasks for 8 hours at a time.
Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds over short distances.
Positive and flexible attitude.
Desire to grow and expand with the company.
