Position : Production Machine Operators

Job Description : Candyco is a company specializing in producing caramel and chocolate candy. We are looking to bring on a few more machine operators to our graveyard shift (11 pm – 7 am Mon night – Sat morning). Some Saturday shifts will be required during busy seasonal times. Rate: Starting at $20.00+ (Negotiable depending on experience)
Bonus: 45 day bonus – $500
Job responsibilities and requirements include:

Must have previous production line or machine operator experience
Ability to learn new tasks and grow within a continuing growth environment
Ability to work Safely and follow company’s Good Manufacturing Practices Policy
Follows the direction of shift leadership and asks questions if uncertain
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and shift leadership Excellent attendance, proven dependable, and always reliable
Respectful of coworkers and others in general
Ability to learn Panel View interphase and operate state of the art equipment
Ability to provide the proper maintenance of equipment- servicing and frequent cleaning as required
Ability to lift 40-50lbs unassisted
Ability to work on their feet 3-5 hours at a time
Ability to read and write English
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Performance review after 30 days
Flexible interviews Mon – Sat as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
