Job Description : HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
Our Production Specialists focus on building high quality products at an efficient pace. We’re looking for outstanding executors – people who get things done and have fun while doing it!
We’re looking for people who enjoy having a daily agenda and love cruising through checklists. This person is also constantly thinking how they could make the process faster and our products better!
This position is specifically for production support but there are additional educational opportunities related to product design, fabrication, marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities
Being an outstanding executor – you’ll get things done and having fun while doing it!
Specifically, you’ll focus on putting the finishing touches on our UHMW skid plates for Side by Sides (RZR, Can-am, Arctic Cat, Yamaha, Honda)!

Your Qualifications!

Familiar with fixing cars, building furniture, or something similar that requires you to build things with your hands, follow instructions, and use best practices
Excited to interact with commercial manufacturing equipment
Enthusiastic about an outdoor product – camping, hiking, motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.
Friendly customer service attitude – you may be answering the shop phone in order to help customers get the status of their order or advising them about our product. We can help you get great at this, we just need you to bring a positive attitude
Physical – can lift up to 40lbs and can stay active all day

Ideal candidate is either in college studying engineering or product design or at a trade school.
Technologies you’ll use:

Custom database for order management
Outlook
Microsoft Office Suite

Equipment you’ll use:

CNC Machine
Heating machines
Handheld saws and drills

Additional Information
Other Key Information
Hiring part-time and full-time positions.
Full time: 35+ hrs per week. Shift ~8 am to ~4 pm.
Part time: 10-20 hrs per week – 4-6 hrs. We can be flexible with the start times. We can be flexible with days off to account for school or family requirements. Potential to go full-time.
