Position : Professional Development Center Manager
Job Description : Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Computer Science or related field.
Job Description:
Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
Arranges /provide training sessions for faculty and Admin Staff.
Plans, organize, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
Arrange training for all faculty staff of the University to adopt a research-informed teaching approach to its work.
Works closely with the range of learning and development providers within /outside the University to ensure that provision is aligned, coherent, and comprehensive.
Responsible for professional development in support of the University’s Performance Development Review process.
Benchmarks training programs against the sector and good practices.
Provides flexible opportunities and approaches to professional development to meet individuals, teams, and the University’s changing needs.
Adopt a strategic approach to professional development in order to respond to both internal and external drivers for change.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
General Conditions:
5+ years of proven experience
Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication.
