DEPARTMENT: Operations Support

JOB STATUS: Exempt

SALARY RANGE: $85,000-$105,000

REPORTS TO: COO

DIRECT REPORTS: None

JOB SUMMARY:

North American Services Inc is looking for a Program Manager who enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment and embodies the core values that we follow, to achieve universal prosperity with our Customers, Company, Team Members and Communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing programs and projects for our organization. This position is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives, as well as creating and managing long term goals. The successful candidate will manage budgets and deadlines for operating plans and writing project funding proposals.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Manage budgets and operating plans.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Working on strategy with the marketing team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must be detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organization, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience in both program management and team management.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
Ability to handle multiple priorities under limited supervision.
Must be proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet PC software; Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel preferred.
