Our culture is authentic, transparent, and inquisitive; we look for opportunities to disrupt the status quo.*Project/Account Support (potentially supporting multiple PMO pods)Translate SPM/PD’s master project schedules into daily or weekly hot sheets(internal or external facing)May have opp to set up initial project schedules in Workfront for turnkey projectsSubmit tickets to set up new clients in WorkfrontSchedule internal meetings out (based on SPM/PD’s master project schedule)Route creative changes on production heavy accounts (client facing), and add in real time schedule updates in WorkfrontMake content updates in CMS platform (client facing)Setup initial budget trackers based on JET and SPM/PD’s master project scheduleUpdate budget tracker weekly for SPM/PD’s review (time actuals data entry)Take meeting notes when SPM/PD is driving meeting/screen sharing, documenting key decisions made, etc.Export timelines from Workfront and format to be client facingDepartment Operations:Pull weekly PMO labor report for VP, PMOPull weekly EP labor report for SVP, EPAdd CE new hires to applicable email distros and Teams channelsFormat PowerPoint decks as requested (both for internal dept resources and project work as needed)Update CE tools and templates with correct Ansira branding*Night Shift *6.00PM-3.00* PM IST*Local Marketing, SynchronizedJob Type: Full-time
