Job Description : Description:
Project Coordinator assists the Project Team on their day to day activities to deliver the projects
successfully to customers.
Objectives:
Work closely with the Project Manager and with other stake holders of the execution team in order to
execute projects flawlessly.
Key responsibilities:
Raise purchase enquiries for small itemsCoordinate and expedite with the sourcing team for issuance of Purchase ordersWork with invoicing team to issue the final invoices and follow up on payment progressExpedite with Vendor post PO placement for timely document issuance against purchase order requirementsCoordinate in scheduling inspections with multiple stakeholdersDispatch coordination with relevant dispatch documents including invoices and packing lists / organizing all
shipment documents for LC submissions to the bank
GRN closures and vendor invoice bookings posting to AP teamVendor payments follow up and discrepancy issues closure with AP team.Ensuring the GRN Process is dually followed in concurrence with the system compliancesWorking with the PR/PO team to resolve all conflicts that arises during GR and AR postingGenerating monthly GRN reports for all projects and supporting the PM; s with these report to track the actual
cost booking in SAP
Supporting Project Managers in other coordination activities deemed necessaryMonitor direct spent on the projects as well as liquidation and consumables.Support urgent site requests on getting material
Skills:
Fluent in Microsoft office toolsFluency in EnglishExcellent communication and Coordination skillsExcellent in Time ManagementAble to perform basic numerical calculations associated with procurement costs
Education:
College Level Certificate
Experience required:
5 years of experience in project/operations support
