THE ROLE
The Project Management Officer (PMO) is in charge of supporting all the central Client Delivery Management Office activities across all regions.
The role mainly focuses on providing project management support on the various transformation initiatives being driven by the Client Delivery Management Office. These initiatives are broad and varied in nature e.g. organizational changes, improvements to measures and metrics capture and reporting, tooling enhancements, optimized partner collaboration. Additional administration activities are planned, including but not limited to expenses & travel management, setting up meetings and diary management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Track and report on progress against the transformational actions agreed with the Leadership and Management of the Client Delivery organisation

Hands on participation in the execution of some of the transformational actions.

Financial and Non-Financial KPI data gathering, consolidation and reporting.

Calendar management and alignment for the executive(s)

Project Management and coordination for various needs throughout the year, including vendor/calendar coordination.

Expense reporting and purchasing, Initiate and manage Purchase Orders.

Visa and travel arrangements (domestic and international).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

PMO / PM experience in a software environment (ideally Cloud / SaaS) or a consulting company or a system integrator.

Proven ability to work with a broad range of senior stakeholders globally

Language: Excellent command of English.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail, along with good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience of dealing with large amounts of data and producing meaningful reports.

Team spirit, knowledge sharing and ability to work autonomously within a team with a positive attitude. Ability to work in decentralized teams.

Client facing experience is required

Proactive, autonomous and highly motivated

Fully conversant with all the latest MS applications including Power Point and Excel – advanced level (Macros, Pivot tables etc.)

Experience in project management methodologies, processes and tools

Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

PMP or Prince2 Certification is a plus

Willing to travel when required
