About the role
Adecco Middle East is currently looking to hire a Project Manager to currently map, manage and grow an existing client account. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the candidate and associates management at the client side, providing an excellent service delivery in all HR needs that the client may require.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a frequent and open communication with the client, being a key contact on the specific account.
Detect client needs, offering proper solutions by coordinating with different stakeholders wihtin the different portfolio services.
Make sure vacancies are covered, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle
Put in place service protocols, training programs, and other procedures requested by the client.
Plan the service and and recruitment activities in the short and long term
Associates management by ensuring proper onboarding, HR transactions and other administrative tasks in order to achieve the SLA defined.
Prepare and consolidate reports, working against defined SLAs and KPIs given.
Requirements
Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar
Experience within Staffing and Recruitment industry
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Immigration and employment trends
