If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs Project Manager, you are responsible to work closely with the client ,Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing Product Development & Support teamResponsible for P&L of multiple accountsSupervise delivery and support projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationTrack project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goalsRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app technologiesMinimum 3+ years of experience in customer facing roleSolid understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodologies.Working experience in onshore offshore delivery model.Proven written /verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to hire, mentor and retain high performersExpertise to supervise delivery and support projectsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseYou love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologiesAmbitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to workIntuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time managementProven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededUp-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publicationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plusAbout Business UnitClassHose Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world’s economy.
