Job Description : Minimum 2 years sales experience in real estate preferably in Sharjah & Dubai market· A good understanding of the real estate market· Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals· Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities· Smart presentation, negotiating and networking skills· UAE driving license is preferable.· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skillsResponsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers Manage clients from corporate and non-corporates· Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals· Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property· Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received· Generate & Maintain the sales reportwithin assigned territory.· Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospect.· Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs, etc).Experience requirements· Minimum 2 Years.· What We Offer· Salary + Attractive High commission· · Residence Visa· · Marketing support will be provided· · On-Time commission· · Providing high number of leads· · Team Support· · Career Growth· · Administration, Compliance & CRMApply now!
