Job Description : Siemens Large Drives Applications (LDA) engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical drive systems for medium and high voltage ranges: electrical motors, converters and generators. Additionally we offer special large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. Change the world of tomorrow with us.Coordination with Dedicated Sales Team/ Customer for MV Motor & Drive RFQ handlingCoordination with Design team for Technical Offers and clarity on specification points, if anyAGT Quotation from International Products through Quotation Centre.Segregation of RFQs based on complexityPreparing Comments & Deviations on Client SpecificationsPreparation and submission of techno commercial offer to salesCosting preparation, Boughts Outs evaluation, Project Management.Order Acquisition with Sales / Customer, creating push with technical presentationsCoordination of order booking (technical and price clarity, Order Confirmation etc) with FIN teamPost order engineering document verification and onward submissionCustomer comment resolution post order and technical clearance of order before manufacturing clearanceCoordination with manufacturing team for Motor / Drive with Manufacturing partners domestic/ International.Periodic review of manufacturing progress and updation of same to SalesInspection planning based on readiness.Coordination with test centre, relevant stakeholders for inspection witnessing by customer and subsequent compliance submission for dispatchCoordination with FINANCE, Factory to invoice after dispatch clearance
