Job Description : We are currently looking for an experienced Publication Manager

Core Job responsibilities:

The Publications Manager plays a key role to ensure that all Aircraft Documentations are updated within the time frame. The job involves updating of Aircraft/OCC Library and Post Flight Documentations in the various systems. This Job also involves other administrative responsibilities like Monitoring Aircraft Fuel Flow and other parameters, certifying various invoices for timely payment to the vendors.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Shall Monitor Aircraft fuel consumption efficiently and provide required data to the Management.

Shall be responsible for Monitoring, Timely procurement, Compilation, Dissemination & updating Aircraft Documentations /OCC library.

Shall liaise with external service providers to obtain the latest documentation & annual subscription.

Shall ensure that all flight documents on board and in OCC library are current.

Shall obtain post flight documents from the aircraft and update the same in various system.

Shall verify and correct post flight documents whenever required and forward the same to the clients.

Shall maintain the post flight documents as per company requirement.

Shall ensure that periodic aircraft documentation checks are conducted whenever possible.

Shall conduct aircraft documentation training/audits whenever required.

Shall verify various invoices like Catering, Navigational, Airport, overflying permits and aircraft documentation related invoices & forward the same to finance.

Shall forward documents to external regulatory agencies and other departments as and when required.

To ensure functioning of safety, quality, security and compliance within area of responsibility.

Any other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Aviation Management

Skills & Competencies:

Oral/Written Communications skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Deadline-Oriented
Time management

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the similar role in the Aviation background
