Job Description : We are looking for Purchase Coordinator who has an experience in Lubricant Industry.Responsibilities and DutiesMonitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needsResearching potential vendorsTracking orders and ensuring timely deliveryConduct market research to identify pricing trendsEvaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricesMaintain updated records of invoices and contractsFollow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change ordersLiaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good conditionIssue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.Ensure that orders received are accurateEnsure goods received are not damagedWork closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.Keep accurate records of purchases made.Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.Good Negotiation skillsJob Type: Full-time
