Role Context:
We are looking for a QA Engineer, who can assist the platform team. The role is designed to give you multiple opportunities to interact with very bright Technical Support professionals.
Role and responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a results-driven Web & Mobile and test engineer to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize products for our clients. In this role, you will be evaluating Web & mobile devices, testing live applications, and troubleshooting updates, among other duties.
As a QA Engineer you are required to carry out the following duties:
Testing Web and Mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently.
Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance.
Producing clear and concise test reports and releasing notes to co-workers when needed.
Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues.
Assisting with the configuration of test environments.
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
Research and compare similar competitor products
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
B Tech (Computer science) or related fields, say BCA/MCA.
Exposure to extensive manual testing and debugging of web and Mobile based applications (Automated testing experience is a good add on)
1-5 years’ work experience in QA role
Good knowledge of web/mobile technologies, database & visualization tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated and should be a team player
Good Communication & Inter personal skills
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
B Tech (Computer science) from a premium institute.
Exposure to extensive manual testing and debugging of web and Mobile based applications (Automated testing experience is a good add on)
Minimum 1 year work experience in QA role
Good knowledge of web/mobile technologies, database & visualization tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated and should be a team player
Good Communication & Inter personal skills
