Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Establish, deploy and effective maintenance of QMS across the modality along-with training profiles are assigned and enforced.
You are responsible for Administer a compliant and effective QMS for activities in scope Enables the transition / deployment of the QMS and contributes to its deployment Ensures proper audit planning and schedule meet the requirements of internal policies and external regulations Contributes to the availability of metrics / KPI data to measure training effectiveness and QMS compliance Supports training and training administration as per the QMS Facilitating on corrective action / Preventive action implementation
You are a part of
Quality and Regulatory department. As a member of this group you will be deploying the process and business requirements across the site.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electronics/Bio medical /Life sciences Minimum 4~5 years hands on experience in medical quality system
Sound knowledge of implementing and sustaining Quality Management system compliance as per ISO Regulations (ISO13485/ USFDA QSR) Experience in internal and external audit management &Follow up for E2E corrective actions completion knowledge/application of all Quality System elements within Medical device Industry Demonstrated record of successful QMS implementations and trainings Superior communication and mentoring skills, ability to build consensus at all levels including global interactions Demonstrated quality training delivery experience
