Responsibilities
Report daily Final inspection of finished product. Report inspection result of Import containers.
Follow HOLD procedure, Issue and release Hold (Out of specification products), Report status of monthly HOLD.
Investigate causes of out of specification products, complaint products and communicate.
Follow complaint management procedure and report accordingly.
Monitor status of measuring equipment calibration and Initiate calibration of out of calibration equipment’s.
Collect, retain, review and replace master sample of starting material, Finished product.
Maintain communication flow with in organization and communicate adequate information to superior.
Qualifications
Fresher or 1 years’ experience in Quality department
Good knowledge about plastic items production
English (read/write)
Knowledge of polymers
Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering in relevant discipline. For e.g. but not limited to Plastic/Polymer, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical
