Position Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst. The successful candidate for this position will report to the Quality Assurance Supervisor. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for coaching employees to ensure they meet company standards and expectations. They will routinely monitor calls and cases to ensure they are completed by customers service agents. They will also review reports for our verification department. The ideal candidate must have great auditing skills, exceptional customer service skills, the possess the overall ability to support and effectively communicate with both customers and employees. This is a hybrid position that will work remote as well as split their time working in our office as well as working remotely.
What We Want You to Do:

Daily review of calls and cases for customer service agents.
Complete quality audit forms, upload forms and key core data into the Quality storage application.
Coach customer service agents twice weekly with recorded transactions.
Review accurate procedures for any errors or deviations, while also highlighting exceptional customer service.
Identify areas of the customer experience that need improvement, including agent experience, and supporting company goals.
Clarify any coaching disputes, including verifying accuracy from the review and confirmation of supervisor direction across the board.
Perform quality audits on Verification reports to ensure correct processing.
Assist customers through chat, or phone calls, when the business requires it.
Assist training with coaching and quality checking cases and calls completed by Trainees.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

High School or equivalent discipline with 3 years of experience.
Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer service needs and gracefully communicate improvements to agents in need additional coaching.
Ability to communicate information tactfully and interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Influential communication and coaching skills, including the ability to interpret and thoughtfully translate to ensure high quality standards are in practice.
Proficient in MS Office.
