Position : Quality Assurance Analyst (Spanish Speaking) – Ken Garff Listening Center

Job Description : The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is looking for a Entry Level Quality Assurance Analyst who is fluent in Spanish.
Listening Center is open from 6AM to 7PM Monday-Friday,
8AM to 4PM Saturdays—closed Sunday.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Answer customer calls promptly and professionally for our dealerships and fleet management locations
Determine customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
Document and update customer records.
Call monitoring and provide accurate analysis of calls
Monitoring for Finance Managers at dealerships to provide accurate analysis of calls
Perform audits for script adherence and compliance with call center guidelines
Grade and report on agent performance efficiently and accurately
Provide coaching to agents on best practices and best call center methodologies
Work effectively and cooperatively with the QA team to achieve team goals

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish
Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
Valid in-state driver’s license
Inbound customer service or sales experience preferred
Type 30 + wpm
Good computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to manage multiple systems
Knowledge of the automotive industry. Sales, finance, and insurance experience preferred
Must be located in Utah

Job Type: Full-Time (20 plus hours answering inbound calls & 20 hours or less on finance/service quality)
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour plus performance-based incentives
Schedule: 10AM to 6:30PM Monday – Friday
