Essential Job Functions:

Quality Evaluations
Listen to and observe calls, made by company employees.
Score said calls
Become familiar with internal processes and client specific call scoring criteria while monitoring random Service Operations and Client Success calls and evaluating the quality of calls based on client defined criteria.
Provide successful coaching, utilizing effective techniques.
Work with Training Team
Ensure gaps in employee knowledge are addressed in training
Ensure knowledge base is kept up to date.
Other Duties as Assigned by Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

1+- years of experience, in a QA role, in a call center environment.
Strong customer service and professional skills.
The ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent logic, reasoning and decision making skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology.
Ability to work well, under pressure, in a team environment.
Exceptionally organized
1-2 years’ experience with QA software (helpful, but not required)
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office or GSuite Productivity tools
Excellent professional communication and presentation skills(both verbal and written) via phone, email and in person.
Proven ability to multitask
Efficient time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Coaching experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Maintains a sense of self-awareness
Seeks self-development
