Job Description : Work Experience1-3 yearsIndustryHealth CareSalary4500CityDubaiState/ProvinceDubaiZip/Postal Code337-1500Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Quality Coordinator’s responsibilities include inspecting materials, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.*Key Role Accountabilities: *Ensure that all documents are coded and having a unique code as per international and company standard.Ensure that all documents which includes but not limited to policies and procedures, competencies, forms are updated, uploaded to the intranet, and controlled by Quality Department.Assists in the development, revision and communication mechanisms of Clinical and non-clinical forms, policies, and procedures.Ensure that new, revised, and updated documents are communicated Manzil-wide.Routinely reviews Electronic Medical Record for completion and compliance to the Standards.Monitor compliance with the International Patient Safety Goals to improve the quality of care provided to patients through Quality home inspection and home visits.Monitor, track, validate, and submit data of the mandated Jawda Key Performance Indicators by the Department of Health, Dubai Health Authority, or another regulatory requirement.Participates in comprehensive review of transfer to acute care and emergency Utilization.Identify areas of improvement trough home visits and communicated to nursing department the gaps and follow-up the corrective action.Participates in Internal and external audits of the organization to ensure compliance to International and local standards.Responsible for taking minutes of Quality Council Meeting, JCIA Steering Committee and JCIA task force meetings that are accurate and circulate the minutes to all participants.Prepare PowerPoint presentation in a meeting as necessary.RequirementsQualifications, Education, and Experience: *Education: *Bachelor’s in Nursing or any related field.Experience: Experience with JCIA and JAWDA processes.Must have at least 2 years work experience as a Quality Coordinator.BenefitsAs per the UAE Labor Law.Job Type: Full-time
