Job Description
The role
The position shall work closely with Client, Operations Staff and Customer to ensure that GDP Compliance and Integrated QMS implementation site. Assist in the development and maintenance of the quality systems with clients and to ensure that all activities in the warehouse are carried out according to approved sops and regulatory guidelines (GMP,GDP etc). Act as Site champion for initiating multiple continuous Improvement Projects and Support Operations Excellence sustenance.
As the Quality Executive, you will:
Assist in the development and maintenance of the quality systems with clients and operations to ensure that all activities in the warehouse are carried out according to approved sops and regulatory guidelines (GMP, GDP etc.)
Handling documentation related to QMS activities such as SOP, Change control, Deviation, Customer complaints, Internal Audit, CAPA etc.
Preparation, Monitoring and Implementation of SOPs and formats.
Ensure timely closure of Internal Audit CAPAs, Change Control and Deviations
Review and updation of site documents/Sops as per the regulatory/customer requirements.
To perform supplier evaluation and Monitor and review Equipment qualifications, calibrations and Validations.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3+ years of experience in Warehousing or Related industry
Graduate , B.Sc. Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology
Exposure to GDP, QMS, Lean Methodology, Coordinating with operations team for the implementation &Compliance of QMS.
Basic Know-how of 3pl warehousing operations .(Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management ,SAP/WMS)
Yellow Belt Trained in Lean /Six Sigma concepts. (Types of waste , Process mapping , PDCA,DMAIC , 5S , Problem solving Tools , VSM , FMEA , Risk Assessment)
