Position : Real Estate Assistant
Job Description : An international real estate development firm is looking for an organized and positive Real Estate Assistant to support our President.
Our Real Estate Assistant will be part of an international team that is designing and developing beautiful resorts, hotels and luxury mansions and we’re looking for a candidate that is a team player, dedicated and organized to assist us, with the potential for room to grow.
Our Real Estate Assistant will perform a variety of tasks, such as providing support to our President, and assisting in daily office needs and the company’s general activities.
Responsibilities
Research Properties on Zillow
Organize and schedule Open House appointments
Attend Open Houses, Property Inspections & Meetings
Take photos of properties & organize files
Organize design images & general office files
Assist the President with various office and personal tasks
Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.)
Skills
Bachelor degree; additional qualification as an Real Estate Agent will be a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Hours per week:
Flexible, Less than 10 hours per week to start with
