Position Summary: We are looking for a hard worker with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills in a busy office setting, for our Provo, American Fork, or Salem Imaging Offices.

Essential Job Functions:

Must have a great desire to provide patients and medical staff with the highest level of customer service.
Computer knowledge and experience preferred
Answer and direct calls
Greet patients
Schedule appointments
Check patients in and out
Collect payments

Qualifications:

Must have great multi-tasking skills and customer service

Status: Full Time
Position: Receptionist – Imaging – FT
Department: Imaging
Location: Provo, American Fork, or Salem

Hours: Full Time or Part Time Between 20 – 40 hours / week

Monday-Friday
Able to work in our Provo, American Fork, or Salem office locations

Hours can be between:

7am – 8pm Monday – Thursday
7am – 5:30pm on Friday
Flexible schedule options
Willing to work around school schedule
