Job Description : POSITION TITLE: Receptionist

POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide customer service to outside clients through timely and courteous phone and personal transactions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet and directs visitors. Answers incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department, ensuring professional telephone etiquette in a timely manner. Maintain good employee relations through handling complaints efficiently by taking note of them and report them accordingly.
Maintain conference room scheduling. Perform other clerical and administrative duties as requested. Accept packages on behalf of the company.
