Our company, Gold Alliance, a 5 star review rated Gold dealer being in business for 20 years, is looking for Admin that is computer savvy. the position is for candidate that has good office related skills and great communication. Has no reservation at learning new computer software and applications, and is coachable. Utilizing and managing our CRM and related applications, plus working as an admin, answering phones, handling some paperwork and reporting, creating invoices and setting appointments and coordinate between team members.
*bachelor’s degree is a must
*Since we are growing and implementing new processes all the time, you have to be open minded and ready to be thinking out of the box
*Microsoft office and at least 3 years of in office work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $4,500.00 per month

8 hour shift
