Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Recruiter in Pune, India.
An experienced recruiter who can deliver recruiting expertise and seamless candidate experience while supporting business units in acquiring talent.
What a typical day looks like:
Perform higher level duties in relation to end to end recruitment and selection process – including internal and external job advertisements, candidate engagement and management, candidate assessment and closure including feedback and offer process.
Responsible for continuously reviewing source efficiency, recommending new sources and creating sourcing strategy
Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc)
Ensure consistent corporate image and Employer Brand throughout recruiting campaigns.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor´s degree
Overall, 6 to 8 years of experience into recruitment , preferably Non-IT skills such as ( finance, supply chain, engineering, support functions)
Proactive and positive attitude
Managing stakeholders’ expectation and holding conversations with senior leadership teams.
