Responsibilities:

Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience of full-cycle recruitment, corporate/in-house recruitment
Bachelor degree in related field preferred but not required
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS Systems and resume databases.
Successful track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
