Job Description : Experience: 1-3 yearsWork Location: Nagpur, MaharashtraRoles and Responsibilities: -Should have experience in End to end IT Recruitment.-Sourcing candidates from job portals, social networking sites, references – Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement-Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per clients” needs & their suitability.-Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles.-Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates.-Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates.-Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & databases.Other important factors: -Good communication skills-Confidence-High energy levels-5 days WorkingPlease Note: -Immediate joiners are more preferable.-Candidates should have their own laptop/Desktop with Proper internet Connection.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)
