Our growth strategy includes identifying, hiring, and retaining top talent and the Recruiter will play a key role. We have two remote positions available. We have a stellar reputation for quality, expertise, recognition and professional development that attracts the best candidates to our company.
Recruiter responsibilities include:
Sourcing candidates through multiple sources including: CRM, Professional Associations, LinkedIn, Referrals, Networking and other resources.
Recruit and hire for HIM Consulting positions including: Remote Coding, Auditing, CDI and Interim HIM Management positions.
Build rapport and identify needs of prospective candidates while highlighting the UASI differentiators.
Utilize and document activity in the CRM (Salesforce and Bullhorn) to maintain employee and candidate information
Collect competitive information regarding pay rates and benefits for use internally
Assist with marketing campaigns and creative outlets i.e. LinkedIn, Professional Associations, etc. using email, direct mail, social media
The ideal candidate will possess a competitive “Hunter” mentality with a passion in recruiting. An entrepreneurial, self-driven spirit with the ability to build rapport quickly is a must.
