We are looking for someone to join our team as a Talent Sourcer with 0-2 years of experience. This is a team-based role where you’ll work in a fun, collaborative culture of learning.

As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll focus on supporting the Sales and Talent Engagement teams, providing a continual pipeline of candidates for a variety of different technical roles in your geographic location.
THE ROLE :
Passive talent outreach
Initiate communication between candidates and Account Managers
Apply optimal search techniques and methods to uncover top-tier candidates
Collaborate with the recruiting teams to understand needs of the business – support recruiters on niche/hard to fill roles as directed
Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and work on tactical research and sourcing campaigns
Create social media and direct mail eMarketing campaigns to attract talent
DESIRED SKILLS :
High level of written and oral communication, patience, and the ability to talk to people of various personalities or backgrounds
Strong organizational skills
Works well with a team and autonomy
Manages time efficiently and works with deadlines and speed
Possesses strong sales skills – ability to sell the roles, etc.
