Company Description: Sagence is a data focused consulting firm working with clients in information-intensive industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Higher Education, Insurance and Retail. We specialize in data management and analytics, assisting our clients with the acquisition, evaluation, and development of data assets.
Position Overview: Sagence is seeking a Recruiting Associate who will play a pivotal role in the firm’s recruiting efforts. The Recruiting Associate will be responsible for managing the firm’s Campus Recruiting program as well as supporting the firm’s Experienced Recruiting efforts to ensure a quality process that produces high caliber, successful candidates to meet the firm’s needs. This individual, who will report to the Recruiting Director, requires significant interaction with candidates, Sagence consultants, and senior management.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in meeting the firm’s Experienced Recruiting hiring targets by executing on established recruiting strategies
Further development and management of the firm’s Campus Recruiting efforts: – Establish and/or design a tailored recruiting approach at targeted educational institutions – Serve as the main point of contact and the liaison between the institutions and Sagence in order to drive results through university partnership – Lead and manage the Summer Intern program and activities
Manage candidates throughout the full life cycle recruiting process – from source to hire
Provide responsive and high-quality service to both the candidates and the consulting practice
Participate, coordinate, and manage regular interview days; scheduling of interviews, interview day facilitation, end of day debriefs, as well as general administrative activities
Prepare candidate offer letters, verbally extend offers, manage post-offer relationship with candidate
Track and report market trends and competitive matters; perform annual salary assessments and competitor research
Work with HR to streamline the recruiting to on-boarding process to ensure adherence to legal requirements pertaining to recruitment and documentation
Assist with recruiting reporting, including status, demand, and pipeline reports
Maintain recruiting database with appropriate candidate information throughout the entire interview process
Build and maintain solid relationships with the firm’s Consultants, Partners, and Operations staff
Proactive development and improvement of recruiting processes to support the evolving needs of the firm

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of five years of professional experience working in similar role
Experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced, high volume corporate setting
Prior experience in a professional services organization strongly desired
Proven success in sourcing candidates through multiple channels (i.e. networking groups/events, LinkedIn, job boards etc.) and in a cost-effective manner
Solid ability and comfort interacting and collaborating with individuals at all levels in the organization
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to rapidly adjust to changing needs
Intellectually curious and independently resourceful with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills
Strong desire to work for a rapidly growing firm
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Sagence does not provide sponsorship for work visas

Pay: $85,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
