JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Grand Design Solar Recruiting Sales Manager, you will be responsible for conducting phone interviews. You will work closely with Local Area Management to ensure all staffing needs are met with high quality Solar Lead Setters and Sales Consultants (Closers). As a Recruiting Sales Manager, you control all parts of the on-boarding process until a new hire is ready to attend their first in-person training virtually or at their local offices. Your role is vital in the continuous growth of Grand Design Solar and will allow us to fulfill our company mission, getting clean, reliable, and cost-effective energy to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interview, hire, and assist in developing new Lead Setters & Sales Consultants (Closers)
Conduct phone interviews with candidates
Coach potential setters through the on-boarding process
Track and Manage applicants in your pipeline

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Be a GO GETTER
Excellent verbal communication and ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Great interpersonal skills
Quick decision making and problem solving skills
Effectively manage time and have strong organizational skills
Door Knocking & Appointment Setting (Not Required, But Nice To Have)

Excellent Verbal Communication Skills; Ability to Connect with Candidates
High Level of Confidence; Ability to Appear as the Expert in the Qualification Process
