Your tasks
Our friendly and energetic HR team in Dubai is growing and we are seeking a Recruitment guru to complement the team and fulfil the organisation’s recruiting needs on a project basis. If you’re ready for a challenge to demonstrate your strong ability to recruit in a fast-paced environment and scale up a workforce against all odds, then we want to hear from you!

Your tasks will include, but not limited to:
Being the lead in recruiting activities for our team
Create the requirements profiles for the personnel search together with the executives and specialist departments and create a schedule as well as the texts of the advertisement
You prioritize personnel search and develop strategies for successful searches
You are active sourcing through business and social networks
You are specifically expanding the N&M network
You are the contact person for specialists and executives, applicants and external personnel consultants
You will look through the application documents together with the wider HR team and provide a shortlist of high-quality candidates
Conducting telephone and video interviews and lead through the personal conversations (in English)
Conduct the final selection of applicants and initiates the onboarding process.
Develop our recruitment policy, plans and processes
Your profile
The ideal candidate will be personable and highly organised. Your unique ability to identify and place talent will see you succeed in this role.

You will also:
Have a large network of events and/or construction industry professionals
Be empathetic, curious and interested in meeting new people
Have 5+ years of experience in recruiting within the UAE
Management experience is a plus
Actively seek to build your business networks
Be passionate in ensuring you recruit talent that best fits the team and cultural fit
You are a team-oriented personality with a lot of creativity and initiative
You are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, forward-thinking and hands-on mentality
Be open to wider HR generalist activities in future
