Position : Reels & TikTok Content Creator
Job Description : Pestie is on the lookout for an amazing content creator that can quickly create relevant content across all our social channels (IG, TikTok, etc.) We are looking for a big personality that will help shape our online voice and grow our online presence. You will need to be up to date on all the trends and be able to react quickly and creatively on all channels. You will be vital to the team and work directly with the founders to help grow our community!
The Opportunity
Create multiple Reels/TikTok videos each week that align with brand messaging and deliver on metrics.
Possibly host live streams to support business events, such as product launches, marketing campaigns or annual deals such as BFCM
Cross-post videos onto social media platforms
Continuously understand and analyze the needs of the brand, and create how those needs come to life on TikTok/Reels
Provide monthly performance and/or campaign performance on key metrics.
Requirements
A general passion for all things social media.
Strong communications skills; both written and verbal.
A positive, can-do attitude and a team player
Experience in social media marketing
Video and or editing experience
Friendly and outgoing, comfortable with people

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
