Job Description : Affordable Auto Glass in Houston, TX is looking to hire a full-time remote Customer Service Rep (CSR) to answer calls and help customers with their auto glass inquiries. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. As a Customer Service Rep (CSR), you answer incoming calls from our customers and help them get the auto glass repairs and replacements they need. You also give quotes and take orders as needed. By doing this, you help our owner focus on the other tasks he manages and needs to maintain. Your friendly demeanor and optimistic attitude shine through all your client interactions as you give them the best experience possible. You are part of the reason our customers come back to us in the future. Helping others and using your skills gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)

3+ years of experience with auto glass customer service
Great phone etiquette
Reliable internet
Ability to work Central Standard Time no matter where they are located
