Position : Remote Customer Service Representative – Ken Garff Listening Center
Job Description : The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives!
Great work schedule! Hours are flexible. Work peak hours then create your own work schedule.
Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday – Friday,
8 AM to 4:00 Saturdays—closed Sunday.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
Determine customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
Document and update customer records.
Establish and maintain great customer relationships.
Be a team player and uphold the Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
Network Requirements:
25 Mbps download speed minimum
10 Mbps upload speed minimum
Equipment Requirements:
Must provide your own equipment
Headset with microphone
Keyboard and mouse
Monitor (2 preferred)
Computer (must be Windows) with working webcam
Desktop (must be Windows) with at least 8GB of RAM minimum
If only laptop (Windows) is available, must have 8GB of RAM minimum
Qualifications:
Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service oriented.
Must provide your own equipment
Proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm
The ability to help solve customer problems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)
Ability to multitask, organize & prioritize—in other words, work smart.
Previous customer service or call center experience a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!
Must be located in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, Iowa, and Michigan

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour; $15.50 per hour for Spanish bilingual candidates
