Position : Representative Business Services – Audit, Tax, Treasury & Reporting

Job Description : Role Purpose: To comply with all Direct, Indirect and other Statutory requirements relating to Taxation. The role is responsible for all Treasury & Banking and Group Reporting activities.
Location: Shadnagar, Balanagar
Positioning: This position reports into the Business Services Manager, IQC

Group Reporting & Treasury:

Monthly reports upload into Tagetik
Capex reporting in database and prepare the necessary workings as needed to complete the reporting
Submission of monthly treasury reports
Liaison with bankers on issues and support to the team
Monitor the hedging requirements and execute the hedge contract with the banks based on the approval
Preparation of funds position and cash flow reports, highlight the management about the abnormal items

Taxation & Audit Support:

Ensure all Monthly, Quarterly, Annual returns filing along with completion of Assessments relating to GST (VAT/ Service Tax), Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, Professional Tax, With-Holding Tax (All Taxes) are complied.
Ensure all GST Returns along with ITC reconciliation & Refund claim process are complied properly in time.
To handle Tax audit & Transfer Pricing reporting preparation activities with relevant consultants and authorities, work with the finance team as needed in this process.
To co-ordinate with auditors for IT & TP Assessment Notices and provide necessary information as needed.
Liaison with external auditor, consultants and any other statutory authorities relating to finance and accounting function.
Ensure to comply with all statutory & tax related obligations completed within due dates.

Organizational Management:

Implement HSE accordingly in the self-workplace.
Comply with SIM / Sibelco policies.

Ensure Implementation of core values in own working procedures.

Job Requirements:
Education: Semi qualified professionals / MCom
Skills & Experience: 5 -10 yrs of relevant experience.
Language ability: English, Hindi & Telugu
